Brandon Leon is by far the most professional, kindest, communicative, realtor, I have come across. Going into the home purchasing process can be exciting but also a little nerve wrecking. From my first initial meeting with Brandon and explaining to him, my wants and needs for my first home, he was able to provide me the reassurance that we were going to find exactly what it was I needed. Throughout the entire process Brandon and his team provided excellent service showing homes and quickly being ready to place an offer when the perfect home showed up. Brandon also did an amazing job recommending a lender (Keith Collins with Movement Mortgage) that I didn’t know I would need until unforeseen situation occurred with my prior lender. Not only were we able to write an offer with seller credits, but we were also able to have a 25 day close. Words really can't describe how much of an amazing realtor Brandon is. He was such a blessing for me and my family during this process. My elderly parents and two siblings are so grateful to be living in our dream home thanks to the help of Brandon. With a lot of prayer we were able to make this happen. He has been more than an excellent realtor but was so caring in the process. Brandon did a great job of making this extremely stressful experience less stressful. Brandon and his team were absolutely amazing... We were first time home buyers and had limited cash in this competitive market.  Not knowing what to expect, Brandon patiently walked us through the process.  His connections in real estate business helped us buy our first with out paying "bribe money" or an extreme over the top offer. These guys are simply amazing. I went through one of the darkest moments in my life after I lost my fiancé in a car crash. Brandon and his team stepped in and took care of everything to ensure that my house got sold (2 days on market) with me doing the least amount possible! They have the best technology, use the best marketing and will ensure that your experience is as amazing as you are. On a fair note, if you such as a person go somewhere else. I don’t think that many people can say that they found a friend in their realtor. Brandon is amazing and genuine, I truly think of him as a friend.
